CARE
Handwash with mild detergent and water.

Hang or lay flat to dry.

Each collar is coated with Protectme Eco Friendly fabric protector spray before shipping.

For best results, recoat every couple of months.

Returns are accepted a buyers shipping expense, with product in new, unused condition with confirmation first, within 7 days of receipt.

Refunds are only issued with approval.

Shipping is flat rate, tracking is provided within Canada, International is subject to weight. Tracking will be issued depending on the Rates of Canada Post.
Sizing
Please measure your pet's head (and neck for limited slips, and martingales) to ensure proper fit.

Limited Slips and Martingales slide over the head and do not come undone.
Measurements vary, sizing is approximate:

Small - 10-15 inches

Medium - 15 -20 inches

Large - 20-26 inches

Martingales fit on the large side.
